The apartment with air conditioning is located on the ground floor, has 35 m2, a 12 m2 terrace, kitchen, large bathroom with a bathtub and a living room which is also a sleeping area for two persons, free wireless internet, satellite TV, coffee maker and a hair dryer.

Daily rent includes: tourist tax, use of water, gas, electricity, cutlery, bedding and towels during your stay and cleaning after departure. On the day of arrival the entrance into the apartments will be possible after 2 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 10 a.m. Stay shorter than 3 nights will be charged additional 30%. Extra person – 10 EUR per day. Pets (dogs, cats) will be charged 8 EUR per day.
